iOTales Refund and Return Policy

At iOTales, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has a magical experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@iotales.com with your order details and photos of the defect or damage.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
