Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@iotales.com with your order details and photos of the defect or damage.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
