What do I do if my goods are faulty or damaged?
While the chances of receiving faulty or damaged goods are very low, if this does occur, please notify us within 3-5 days of delivery with pictures supporting your claims. We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you a replacement. You are responsible for ensuring the return of goods, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet all standards of consumer rights.
